b. 1965 in Burglengenfeld, Germany. Moved to southern California and was introduced to the workings of photography and cameras by Jac Pouliot, photographer, artist, chef and lover of life. He introduced me to jazz, art and cooking great food. He was a gambler, lover of food, wine and beautiful women. He had an amazing collection of mechanical cameras and took the time to teach me how to operate them, work with light and shadow and how to compose and balance a shot. The subject matter and emotion of the shot is up to the photographer. My dear Jac passed in 2019.
